When you place an order on HarborFreight.com you will receive two separate email notifications. The first email will contain a purchase order summary. If you do not receive the order confirmation within 4 hours of completing your order, please contact Customer Service by email or by phone, at 1-800-444-3353 Monday thru Sunday, 6am to 6pm (PT).
The second email will be sent once your package has shipped and contains the tracking/status information. Most orders ship the next business day, but in some cases it may take a few days to prepare your order for shipping.
You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your Harbor Freight Tools Account and clicking on the “Track My Order” link on the left-hand side.
