When looking at developing our U.S. General Series 2 refresh we knew that meticulously crafting each of its components was important for its success. We started with building the boxes from a thick welded steel construction – built to withstand the toughest professional environments. Tool organization requires space, so it was important to improve Series 2 capacity by offering extra deep drawers. We knew this would require heavy-duty drawer sliders, built with strong and smooth ball-bearings, to not just give the drawers structural stability but make them easy to open and close quietly. Finally, the box would require extreme support, so we upgraded the heavy-duty casters to easily mobilize the carts close to your workstations. When combined, these enhancements have helped us create a product providing even more value for our customers.
